Kit Consulting is the aid program of the Government of Spain that allows SMEs to design the roadmap for their digital transformation.

The bases, conditions and deadlines of this program were published in May in the Official State Gazette (BOE), through the Order TDF/436/2024.

Companies that access Kit Consulting will receive a bonus of between 12,000 and 24,000 euros. This money can be invested in a dozen digitalization advisory services.

The main objective of Kit Consulting is to help small businesses improve their level of digitalization. This digital support will be provided through consulting services.

The operation of the program is based on digital vouchers that the company will collect based on the employees it has hired. If the SME meets the requirements, it will receive this check and can hire the digitalizing agent of its choice to help it in the area that interests it most.

Unlike the Digital Kit, where there was no distinction between companies and self-employed workers, the Kit Consulting Program is aimed only at small and medium-sized companies, that is, only legal entities can be beneficiaries and not natural persons.

To be a beneficiary of Kit Consulting, the size of the company is also taken into account. The advisory services provided by the Kit Consulting Program are aimed only at SMEs with between 10 and less than 250 employees.

Companies that want to access the program will have to meet a series of conditions related to their nature, size or tax situation:

1. Access the application form: to do so, you will have to access the link to the call, and click on “Access the procedure”, in the box at the top of this page.

2. Complete the form: once you have accessed it, a form will appear in which you will have to indicate whether the applicant is the company itself, a voluntary representative or an agent.

3. Sign and send the application: once the applicant has signed and the questionnaire is completed, they must click “Submit” to complete the application registration.

1. Red.es will notify the granting of the voucher and the beneficiary will be able to consult the catalogue of advisory services offered by the Program and also the catalogue of Digital Advisors where they must select Unicom Software in Acelera Pyme.
